The enterprise was established in April 2009 under realization of project “Development and exploitation of low-duty (from 1,5 up to 1000 Nm3/h) automated gas-distributing stations production” in cooperation with ООО NPP Aviagaz-Soyuz+.

Investments were received from “Regional venture capital fund of investments to small enterprises in scientific and technical sphere of Republic of Tatarstan (high tech) under the leadership of ООО UK АК BARS KAPITAL.

Command

Yamaliyev Kamil Nurgayanovich - 53 years old, a graduate of Kazan aviation institute named after А. N. Tupolev, trained as a mechanical engineer. He has a great experience in developments and in their introduction into the industry at several leading enterprises of Kazan city, in particular at ОАО КМPО.

Zaretskiy Yakov Vladimirovich is a graduate of chemical-engineering institute named after D.I. Mendeleyev (Moscow) trained as a chemical engineer. He had been working from the date of graduation till 1995 in Kazan OKB Soyuz on creation of special equipment.

Product

The enterprise developed working construction documentation for manufacturing of mini automated gas distribution station (further mini AGRS) for Bovanenkovo-Ukhta ОАО Gazprom. The documentation was submitted to equipment supplier - ООО NPP Aviagaz-Soyuz+ and manufacturing of initial batch of mini AGRS “Istok-1” is being carried out for delivery to the customer.

An analysis of the market

Product  - BPGA “Istok-1” (trade mark –mini AGRS) – is meant for in-house needs of SMG Bovanenkovo-Ukhta . Installation of more than  30 production units is planned on this route. Simultaneously, BPGA “Istok-1” and its modifications can be installed in other main pipelines. New technology  can be successfully used in the countries with  sub-polar climate.
